Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC has announced a final dividend payout of GH¢0.022 per share for the fiscal year ending in June 2024, demonstrating its commitment to rewarding shareholders despite a tough economic environment. Over the past year, the company navigated challenges like high inflation and a depreciating cedi, yet still achieved a remarkable 34% revenue growth. This achievement highlights the company’s resilience and its strategic cost-cutting measures aimed at maintaining profitability.

The final dividend will be disbursed after receiving shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
