Voiceover on YouTube shorts
To further increase the popularity of YouTube shorts, YouTube is going to include a custom voiceover feature in the list of shorts. Like TickTock, YouTube shorts allow users to create short videos in 60 seconds.
These shorts can also be used to add text to certain parts of the video, automatic captions, basic filters and color editing. It is known that YouTube is borrowing the new voiceover feature from Bydance Network. This allows shorts users to change voiceover without using a third-party video editing app. The app also has some basic filters, captions and color correction options to help the inexperienced edit the 60-second video. In addition, users with shorts can easily record the voice with a separate button and easily attach it to the photo before uploading the video.
